[BEFORE USE]
This rice ball mold is made from domestically produced cypress wood and is
unpainted. Please avoid using it in dishwashers, dish dryers, microwave ovens, or
conventional ovens. Also, after use, please dry it in a well-ventilated place as much
as possible.
[HOW TO USE]
You can easily make onigiri at home. First, lightly wet the mold so the rice doesn’t
stick. Next, fill it with seasoned rice, make a small indentation in the center, and add
your filling. Cover with more rice, then press firmly using wet hands or a wet rice
scoop. Carefully remove from the mold and wrap with nori to finish.
